During the three days of GastroPan exhibition, visitors will be expected to attend several live demonstrations (baking, cooking presentations and production technology demonstrations). The programs included in the official program will be complemented by the presentations provided by exhibitors. Bread baking will be presented with the support of exhibitor companies Moara Cibin and Eldi with the help of Tőkés Tibor baker master, whose working methods are true inspiration for professional bakers. German Bakers' Confederation and GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen
have succeeded in moving the dates for iba 2012 forward. iba will now
take place from 17 to 22 September 2012. Which means the World Market
for Baking will now start before the Oktoberfest and end on the first
day of this, the world´s largest festival.
